So, it looks like I am definitely getting that car. I went over this afternoon to look at it, and I like it. It's a 1995 Suzuki, in good condition. And I am getting it for free. It's little and grey, and even though I was told that it was in horrible need of cleaning, I think it's really not too bad.
I guess the reason that the owner is getting rid of it is that she never drives it anymore. I don't have the car in my possession yet, but that should happen sometime this week or the next. There are a few things like insurance that needed to be taken care of first.

Yep. Everything went well. I even have insurance now, so all I need to do now is get the car. :)
